EROSION MATTERS: MINNESOTA EROSION CONTROL ASSOCIATION 31st ANNUAL CONFERENCE

 

Advancing Effective Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Practices, Minnesota Erosion Control Association present their 31st Annual Conference, EROSION MATTERS, January 29 through January 31, 2019 at Willmar Conference Center in Willmar, Minnesota. The Erosion Control & Stormwater Conference brings together professionals ranging from regulators, government, educators, vendors, and contractors in a collaborative environment, participating in workshops, education sessions, networking opportunities, and social activities.

MECA courses include erosion and sediment control devices installation, vegetation and turf establishment, permit regulations, conceptual identification of sediment hotspots, monitoring and measuring erosion and deposition, compliance with MS4 permit requirements, implementing Best Management Practices, addressing site challenges, bioengineering and biotechnical soil stabilization techniques, geotechnical benefits, and the history of bioengineering in the West.
