Trackout control along an active interstate corridor requires reliable, adaptable solutions to keep roads clean and crews moving safely.

Demeter Millwork is constructing a new 53,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Woodridge, Illinois, to expand production of architectural millwork and custom interior fabrication. The state-of-the-art plant will increase manufacturing capacity while supporting jobs and industrial growth in the region.

In September 2022, Micron announced its ambitious plan to expand its Boise Idaho headquarters with a leading-edge R&D and semiconductor “fab” or manufacturing facility. This monumental $15B project constitutes the largest single investment in the state of Idaho with $6B in federal funding from the CHIPS and Science Act for this site and another “megafab” site in Clay, New York.

To mitigate sediment tracking and support EGLE compliance, PADNOS replaced its conventional aggregate-based trackout pad with the FODS Trackout Control System, marking a shift toward more sustainable and performance-driven infrastructure.

Historically, FOD management at MCAS Yuma relied on labor-intensive manual inspections—a time-consuming process that, while effective, left room for improvement. In May 2024, the air station introduced a new solution: FODS Trackout Control Mats. The results not only exceeded expectations but also redefined FOD management at one of the U.S. Marine Corps’ most critical installations.

The University of Kansas (KU), located in Lawrence, Kansas, which is just 40-miles west of Kansas City, Kansas and home to nearly 30,000 undergraduates and graduate students is undertaking a major $448 million renovation of the iconic David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Led by Athletic Director Travis Goff, this transformative project aims to modernize not only the stadium but is part of the larger “Gateway District” project which will provide a mixed-use conference center, and high-rise hotel accommodations, along with infrastructure improvements to significantly enhance the student, fan, and support experience.

On a mixed-use development site in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood, ongoing construction activity and frequent truck traffic required effective management of sediment at the site entrance. FODS was implemented to support consistent trackout control throughout the project.
