We were frustrated with ineffective traditional trackout entrances, so we engineered our own trackout control technology. FODS is a reusable rock-less stabilized construction entrance capable of removing mud, dust, and debris from tires before equipment leaves a construction site. Our reusable mats meet entrance dimension requirements and combat tough trackout.
Each FODS mat contains rows of pyramid strategically placed to dislodge mud from the tire tread as the tire rotates. The dislodged mud falls and collects around each pyramid’s base. Tires only come in contact with the top third of the pyramids, ensuring that the tires are raised up well above the mat’s base, out of mud’s reach.
Mud will not be tracked out by subsequent vehicles and will stay on your site - where it belongs.
