After recent Georgia GSWCC approval, the Georgia DOT moves to approve FODS Trackout Control System as Equivalent BMP for Construction Exit (Co) applications. Contractors in Georgia can now benefit from the cost-saving, effective Construction Vehicle Track-Out Controls BMP.

Maryland DE completes one year on-site review and inspection of FODS Trackout Control System. The Department issues provisional approval allowing local Soil Conservation Districts to approve use of the system on projects throughout the state.
