The hospital is being constructed on a 28-acre site at the Clear Creek Crossing development, a strategic choice that caters to the growing population and healthcare demands of the region. The new five-story, 130,000-square-foot medical campus will become the most efficient healthcare facility in the Front Range area. The HealthONE operated Swedish Medical Center undergoes a fourth major renovation to increase capacity with the development of a six-story new patient tower. The construction will be conducted while the hospital remains open presenting challenges which are met by innovative solutions.
